Breastfeeding, Formula, Both?

Just curious on what other moms are doing. With my first pregnancy, I breastfed my daughter until she was 8 months in which she actually weaned herself off but I was still pumping. Although I desired to breastfed her until she was at least 1, she end up taking formula at 11 months. I was actually grateful because I really couldn’t get anything done because she wouldn’t take a bottle until she was 7 months. Please please again PLEASE if you have anything negative to say just try hard not to comment lol

Planning on breastfeeding but I don’t put myself under any pressure - if it doesn’t work I end up doing both or just formula it’s fine as well- as long as the little one is fed, all is good :)

With my first he was done with boob at 9mo but I kept forcing it until 1 year and had a very easy wean. With baby #2 she weaned herseld at 4mo and we've been using formula since. She liked the thickness of the formula. Every baby is different. I had so much mom guilt but I learned to just go with the flow. lol get it?

I’m going to try to breastfeed, but I have an autoimmune disorder so I’m being realistic that I may not be able to bc I may need to get back on some stronger meds that won’t allow me to bf. We’ll see how it goes - we have supplies for breastfeeding and bottle feeding ready to go so we can be prepared for whatever happens. I’m not going to beat myself up as long as baby is fed and mama can function! 🤷‍♀️

I breastfed my first until he was 21 months when I decided that I didn't feel like it anymore and I just gave him what I had in the freezer. 
My goal was 2 years but 🤷🏾‍♀️ that's just a number. 
I'm going to breastfeed this one. My goal is 2 years but I'm completely down to tap out whenever I feel like it lol. 
With my first my strongest motivation was not having to pay for formula... we were hardly making ends meet and that was without cable, without smartphones, and us both working full-time... i hardly had money to put enough gas in my car to get to work.... I DEFINITELY did not have the $20 to spend weekly on formula... and I know the formula I'd want to us would cost more than that lol

First two babies I worked full time in the ER 3 days a week (Friday -Sunday) exclusively breastfeed till leave was over at 12 weeks then breastfeed when together and pumped at work so they got bottles of breast milk. 
Baby 3 has a very severe lip tie and couldn’t latch but I was/am determined to give him breastmilk till a year of age. So here we are at almost 4 months of age and I exclusively pump. Let me say.... this sucks! Rather then getting to bond with my baby by nursing I’m pumping every 3 hours. It’s so often that my older two kids 3 and 2 say “mommy pump again...” I’m like “ugh. Yes mommy pumping again.” I have a very good stash stored away and in 2 more months I will have enough milk out away to get him to a year of age but I’ll probably just cut back my pumping to every 6 hours then till I’m either pregnant again or he hits a year of age.

I always plan on breastfeeding but I have free formula samples (just got a ton in the mail and from my dr office) in case anything goes wrong with my supply or horrible pain issues. My first daughter mostly nursed but I pumped and my husband would mix my breast milk with formula sometimes but mostly she drank straight breast milk. She self weaned at 10 months I would have gone longer.

I'm going to breastfeed this time around until 3/4 months where I will then switch to formula and breast. I breastfed my eldest for a few weeks and my supply ran dry. My second child I breastfed for 16 months until I was hospitalized for gallbladder issues and had to cut her cold Turkey due 5o the narcotics they were giving me  :(
It was exhausting though and by doing both this time I'm hoping for some respite and some bonding time for baby and my husband.
