Help a girl out. Pls
I’ve been stressing about things and I use to to deal with stress better by doing the littlest of things that make me happy. Listening to my favorite song, rearranging my room, going to the park, doing my hair, working out etc.. but it doesn’t work the same for me anymore and I’ve been stressed out so bad for the past few months please somebody tell me something that helpful when it comes to coping with stress.
