17 weeks pregnant help ??

I been wiping this off like all day long it's really gooey and boogerish feeling I am not a first time mom I have 4 kids already but never had my mucuous plug come out for any of them so I'm not sure what it's supposed to look like but what is this nasty gooey stuff that is on my tissue everytime I use the bathroom to pee is only been happening today...
