Is this normal?

I’m currently 19 w 2 d and this morning I kept having this pinching feeling mid-pelvic area. It didn’t really hurt but it was uncomfortable I figured it’s just around ligament pain or something but I just went to the bathroom and this came out... this has never happened before. It didn’t smell or anything. Is this normal? Anyone know what it could be?

To be honest it looks like the start of your mucus plug. I would just keep and eye out to make sure you don’t see anymore come out. It also could be cervical mucus, but it looks a lot like the beginning of the mucus plug to me.

Is this normal?
