Bleeding a lot while pregnant, and getting no answers??

I am 6 weeks and 2 days. About 4 days ago, I started seeing a little pink when I’d wipe. After being told it was normal, I just felt like something was wrong. So I went to the ER. My pregnancy levels were at 1050, my cervix was closed, my uterus felt perfect. Everything was perfect. Well, today, I woke up and had to put a pad on because the bleeding went from pink to bright red. I still was having no cramps, but concerned I called my OB and she got me in right away. She checked and my cervix was closed and everything still felt perfect! She took my blood but cannot get back with the results till Thursday. I am so confused. If my cervix is closed and everything feels perfect, why am I bleeding? They both said I’m at low risk for miscarriage, but it still can happen. Has this happened to anyone else? Or does anyone know what this could be? I go back Thursday but I’m just worried.

Could be a subchorionic hemorrhage. Depending on where it is, it could be harmless. 
I had one at 6 weeks pregnant. I bled like a period (bright red) for almost two weeks! It was so scary. They did an ultrasound and saw I had a SH near my ovary so that’s why I was bleeding.
I’m currently 14 weeks and everything looks perfect so far.

That’s what happened to me before my miscarriage and I was confused because my cervix was closed too but hoping your outcome is different.

It could be from a subchorionic hemorrhage. I had to go to the ER 5 times and then finally got an appointment with my OB at 9 weeks before finding out that that is what was going on with me. Started out spotting brown. Quickly went to light pink and then to crimson red. I had days where the bleeding was heavy like a period and passed tissue. Baby is 100% perfectly fine though. We’re 13 and a half weeks now and still doing great and after 5 and a half weeks, all bleeding and spotting has subsided.

Could be a sub hem. They won’t find that unless they do an ultrasound. I have one at 5.5 weeks. It’s common, unless it’s big they’ll just put you on pelvic rest, if it’s big potentially bed rest
