Anyone else?
Does anyone else get heart palpitations during their period? I always get them off and on throughout the day on the first day or two of my period, and I'm told it can be normal, but it still catches me off guard every month! I hate it. Does it have to do with having more anxiety during that time of the month? Is there anything I can do to avoid/manage them?
