Antibiotics and breastfeeding

Hello, I was given antibiotics when I developed an infection after birth, when I was taking the antibiotics it made my newborns stools very runny and green (stopped since I finished my course) and gassy/fussy (more so than usual) trouble is I think my infection is returning and I’m worried I will be prescribed antibiotics again and it’ll have an effect on my newborn. Anyone else experience this?
