Do you take your prenatal in the morning or evening? Is there a reason why you prefer morning/evening?

Wondering because I take them at night because I have to take other medication by itself in the morning. I figure morning is most common.

I take mine in the morning just to get it out of the way.

I try to take them at night, for the most part. I read an article a while back that basically gave the explanation of when you are awake and active throughout the day, most of the vitamin components are excreted through your urine. At night, while you sleep, your body utilizes more of the vitamin bc you’re not getting rid of it through urination.

When i first started taking them i took them in the morning, then i realised they were one of the reasons why i had nausea so i started taking them at night

I take a prenatal that comes in 2 different pills, magnesium and calcium. I absolutely hate taking supplements or swallowing pills and prenatals make me nauseous so I take mine at night
