Not until I stopped eating dairy. 🤷‍♀️ Like I was irregular for my whole life until I had to drop animal products due to hereditary high cholesterol. 
Buuut my body is weird so there’s that.

I got it at 10. Irregular until I was 15-16. Then changed again in my early twenties and now late 20s in birth control so they are pretty regular now.
