I’m not quite sure what to think

So it’s been 7 months since I’ve got my nexaplanon out and for the past two weeks my breasts and nipples have been so sore lately.

And I have had a some pelvic pain near the center. My doctor said it can take awhile for my body to rebalance but my husband and I have also done the baby dance like crazy,for 4 weeks prior. Well today I wipe after going to the restroom and there is a little bit of blood. And since I am going out with family today I pop a tampon in for safety precautions and have had it in for about 4 hours I finally take it out and there is hardly anything on it. Not sure what to think help me
