Trying to conceive twins?!

So i have already had one child 4 years ago he is a beautiful loving little boy. Me and my SO are now trying for another child but i really want twins. Twins run in my family but im not sure that will help. Any advice ladies?

You cannot guarantee twins. Doing IVF increases your chances but even then the percentage of twins is still low. You’re just going to have to be happy with what you’ve got.

If twins run on your side of the family there’s an increased chance but nothing you can do to make it happen.
