WHY ALL THE PAIN?!?

37.6W anyone else have Sciatica Nerve Pain 😭😭😭 it’s literally the worst in the world and laying down makes it 100x worse! I tried stretches and it doesn’t work AT ALL K have tried tylenol and a heating pad, still nothing.. nor hot baths

I am suffering too!!  The only thing that helped was my hubs put a sample of bio freeze on my back and it was like instant relief!!  Now I’m searching for a big bottle of it!!  Wondering if it’s sold in the drug stores?

3 rounds of acupuncture did wonders for my sciatic pain. It was debilitating and nothing else helped. You’re on the home stretch!

I have this same problem. When I asked my doctor about it she basically told me to stretch, take Tylenol, and relax. None of it helps. The only thing that has seemed to bring any relief is a 10$ fold up camping chair from big lots.
