Nausea/lightheaded at only 4 weeks?

Hi all. I am wondering if any of you experienced some mild nausea and lightheadedness at only 4 weeks pregnant. I recently got a positive hpt (hesitant to call it my BFP because it’s so faint! But there!) and I have been feeling lightly nauseated all day, and tired and a bit lightheaded. Did you get this?? I know “morning sickness” is a thing but it seems early!

I have morning sickness all day! I'm not sure why it's called morning sickness?! I am not complaining though because I am so grateful we were able to conceive.

yeah, happened to me. my nausea was mild, but it was there!

This is me right now! I got my BFP yesterday, my period was due July 4th, this is my second pregnancy so I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it!
