Postpartum bleeding?

My original due date was June 26th, baby was to comfy so I got induced July 3rd and had little man EARLY on July 4th. Everything I’ve read about pp bleeding has been about how heavy and constant it was for others. Before pregnancy my periods were always very light and short. I’m currently 2-3 days postpartum and I could honestly go all day with out changing a pad, however I’m a germaphobe so I change it every time I go to the restroom. I also had a third degree tear, which is a little sore but I haven’t noticed much bleeding from it. Has anyone else experienced this? Doctors and nurses don’t seem very concerned about it, but I’ve never heard of someone having such light bleeding ESPECIALLY with a third degree tear.
