I've had it happen in many types of diapers. if he was sitting up for top long it can cause that. also if the diaper is wet for too long it can cause it. my son has gotten it once or twice and he wears cloth diapers.

I always used Pampers.... and The Pampers PURE are amazing I dnt like huggies or luvs personally... I get some pink slave to put on him😢☹
