I️ know y’all are not doctors but..

I️ need some advice. For the past two days I’ve had thick white discharge and have been peeing a lot. Today when I️ pee, I️ feel a burning sensation and my pee is short. I️ also still have white discharge and my pubis mons (?) is kinda itchy. I️ have also been a little bloated as well. Any ideas on what’s wrong?
