When would be the best time of day to do OPK. I have the first response ones and I read the leaflet and unless I’m blind it doesn’t say the best time. My results are all over the place & I’m getting frustrated because my CM doesn’t seem to be changing and glow keeps pushing back my ovulation. I enjoy BDing but I’m looking for a break soon. Just don’t want to take it to early (I started BDing every day since Saturday because that’s when it said my fertile window started which then got pushed to Tuesday)
