Too big??

Okay so I am 28 weeks and 4 days this is my bump and I constantly have people asking if I’m sure there’s only one in there or if I’m sure it’s not twins because one could be hidden. It makes me feel like I’m to big because it’s a constant thing. I didn’t think I was that big but it really gets to me. What do you think of my belly for being over 28 weeks?

People always say that. For some reason it’s popular to tell a pregnant woman how ‘big’ she looks. You do NOT look that large to me. I would ignore the comments or just come up with a quip- “We’ve counted 8 so far.” “I’m not having a baby, I’m having a litter.” “I’m not even pregnant! How rude!”

I think you look fine! I think so many people aren't around pregnant women enough to realize they get really big! lol I mean we are carrying another life within us and supporting it!

your belly doesn't look overly big but your back looks way arched. I'm 27 weeks and I get comments that my bump is small, but I work in scrubs. when in regular clothes everyone says I'm all belly.

A few people have thought I was further along than I was, I asked my midwife and she said to just ignore them. Every pregnant is different and every bump is different!

You look absolutely normal = beautiful. For whatever reason some people seem to put bumps into 2 categories: too small or too big. Just ignore them. I got the "twin" question several times myself and my bump was absolutely normal in size at all times.

I think you look perfect! 😉 People are so rude sometimes. I don’t think that that know it’s still rude to tell a pregnant woman that she’s big. I think your bump is adorable and as long as your doctor isn’t worried about you, the screw those idiots! ❤️
