Weight loss tips?

I’m 15 (16 in a few weeks) and 220 pounds. I find it very hard to lose weight and keep it that way. Lately ive been trying to do better, I’ve stocked up on water and not many unhealthy things.

My biggest weakness is that I stay up late with my friends and we play video games. So, during that, I snack.

I also fight hard with my hunger. I like to eat just whenever I feel hungry.

Another issue is my problems with exercise. I suffer from chronic migraines and I overheat very easily, so doing outdoor exercise in the summer is hard for me.

Can anyone please give me some tips?

I know the whole deal about you’re young, changing and growing. I get that. But my weight is starting to really worry me and I want to try for a change.
