Rings suck... very swollen .. please help

Im not sure what even group to post this in bur someone please help.

Im 34 weeks pregnant so my fingers tend to swell yes . Today i tried taking off my wedding rings and they are stuck! Like really stuck . My finger is so swollen and the rings actually hurt on the finger and i cant get them off .

I tried soaking my hand in cold water to reduce swelling and i even tried using lube and lotion .

Nothing is working .

Can someone help give advice what to do😭😭😭
