Should the US ban plastic bags and straws?
Other smaller countries (like Kenya and soon Japan) have already put a ban on plastic bags. Too many animals in our sea have been found to have plastic in their digestive system and this act is in response to that as well as the fact that it can be a harmful waste in the ecosystem.
