Seems like I ovulated Sunday July 1 (last day before temp rise)?? But what about this dip??

You don’t have enough temps to confirm ovulation with bbt. It’s very possible you did, but bbt isn’t going to be very helpful this month. I would still temp all month to get in the habit and see what your temps do in the second half of your cycle; it will be good information to have for your next cycle (where you can start from cd1).
