What helps you with your nausea?

I know a lot of people say peppermint and such. But what about those things that aren’t the norm?

I’ve learned that drinking dark soda (Pepsi/coke) helps my nausea and helps me be able to eat without feeling sick. Also, if I can’t eat anything because I’m so nauseous, pickles help me a lot!

The usual stuff doesn’t help this time around for me. I tried peppermints, gum, sprint, ginger, etc and it never helped me 😩. It’s probably because I have hyperemesis this pregnancy.

What do you guys use that helps?
