21 day fix?

Has anyone done it? Is it worth it? reviews please!

I did it last summer and had great results. 17 lbs and several inches lost. However, I just did it again (finished day 21 three days ago), and I actually gained one pound. I am going to the gym though, so that makes a difference. I definitely feel better while following the 21 Day plan. My hubby lost 10 lbs during this last challenge, so it obviously works. :)
