Do you have to hold your pee for an ovulation test?

Question

So confused!! 
 Took test this morning negative top, 
Then another bottom, almost positive.

Then just took another and it’s barely there!!

Have I missed my window?
Or
Do you have to hold my pee for a while??
Please help

You’re supposed to reduce liquids for a few hours before taking an OPK. I’ve learned to not even bother using an OPK if my urine is clear; I will hold for another couple hours without drinking until my urine is darker yellow; that’s how I get accurate results. Don’t hold your urine for hours when you have the urge; that will cause a uti. Just pee and then restrict fluids until you pee again; it should be darker and more concentrated at that time.
