can you miscarry beforr finding out your pregnant??? help!

I am 11dpo I had been having sharp pains in my left lower stomach for a couple days and now I have extremely bad left lower back pain. it hurts so bad I can barely stand up. I haven't taken any pregnancy tests yet as I was waiting for my missed period first. I'm getting worried something is wrong. does anyone have any suggestions?? I don't usually get any painful pms symptoms.

That’s how my ovulation pain feels , are you sure you ovulated when you think you did?

When you miscarry before finding out it’s called a chemical pregnancy but with what’s going on with you I think it could be anything. Most ectopic pregnancies don’t have pain until a bit farther along. Take a deep breath and if you think something might be wrong go and see your dr and take a test to relac your mind
