How much do you pay your parents for rent money

So my family charge me 200 a month for rent money but like I feel I’m paying far too much money. I’m not allowed more than 1 shower a week and when I’m in they time it. I have to buy my own food they will write their names and measurements on their food or if it’s a pack they will write how many is in the pack and if I eat any of their things they will kick me out for the entire day. Basically I’m not allowed to use or touch anything in the house unless I pay for it so alls I really have is my bed so 200 for a bed seems a lot but i baught the bed myself anyway so it’s mine. I’m not allowed to use the washer I have to hand wash everything or sometimes my friend will do it for me sometimes. Am I paying to much or is this fair.
