fibromialgia?

So ladies I've been having random bouts of pain in my muscles for the last month or so. It mostly happens in my calves of my legs and my arms.. I'm always tired and I also have a feeling of pins and needles in my shoulder blades sometimes.. I know y'all aren't doctor's but I can't afford to see a doctor right now bc I'm trying to get a house and just want some insight from someone who has fibromialgia on ways to control the muscle pains.. I haven't exactly mastered the fatigue yet, except to not give in to it. You can look into vitamins such as B6 and B12, or 5HTP, which help with energy, immune system strengthening and mental health. Light exercise, like Yoga or walking daily, help tremendously. Don't let the pain consume you and try to stay positive in order to avoid depression. I have found from experience that managing it on my own is better than the prescription meds that the doctor had given me. Best of wishes and hope you feel better soon 😊

I highly recommend acupuncture. If you can, look for "community" or "group" acupuncture. It should cost a lot less than private sessions. Best wishes on finding relief! CBD oil is a natural anti-inflammatory that can also help a lot.

Light exercise, epsom salt baths and icy hot helps ease my muscle pain but the fatigue is a real pain in the ass and the only thing that has helped me with that is prescription pills
