Period but positive pregnancy test?!?

I’m super confused right now. I’m on the 2 day of my period medium to heavy flow, but I was a day late and took a pregnancy test and it came back with a faint line. I took to more with positive results one before I started bleeding then one after I started. I have two little ones already so I’ve taken them before lol. But this has never happened and the doctors office is closed so I can’t call them and ask. Is there anyway possible I could get three false positives?
