some older women don't care or don't get it anymore but I've met some lady's who are still embarrassed being seen with em and try to cover it up in a basket.

Answer

I was in Walgreens once and this older lady was with maybe her granddaughter  and was buying pads. She stacked her things on the counter and strategically placed her other items to hide the box of pads. She put a box of cookies on one side, a magazine on the other and covered the top with bags of candy. And  when the cashier started ringing up items she kept putting her hand over the box and looking back at me to I guess make sure I wasn't seeing what she was buying. It was really funny because I just had a box of softcups and some chocolate bars in my hand, no basket, no attempt to hide or anything and my daughter (2) was loudly talking about my chocolate because I told her it was special mommy chocolate for cramps and she wanted 'baby' chocolate for her cramps 😂
