Constantly have to pee at night

Years back I was tested for BV, since then I took 5 courses of antibiotics and nothing got rid of it so I just learned to live with it. Recently I was having pain in my back and the doctor said I had a kidney infection that would have soon turns into septic, but I got rid of that. Now I have this feeling like I have to pee constantly but only at night and it makes it really hard to sleep, just wondering if anyone else has this issue because of BV or what it could be and how you cope with it! I don't think it is a uti.
