ok y'all so I just started working at McDonalds like a week ago, and I'm under 16 so I usually hang out with the other people who work there who are under 16. anywayys, I work from 12-7, and all of the 14 and 15 year olds leave around 4, so I have 3 hours with just me and the adults. I overheard the adults talking about how annoying the 14 and 15 year olds are and how we are bad at our jobs and how we don't really help. idk...I guess it just kinda annoys me and makes me feel bad because I try hard to perform well in my job, and if I have no customers I'll just stand there. I would help out but if I try to help out they'll think I'm bossy. I can't win either way. they either think you're lazy for standing and waiting for customers, or they'll think you're bossy and annoying for helping them with their jobs. how do I make them not hate me??
