Hi mommies, any experience with breast milk first arrival? I’m on my 3rd day postpartum and breast milk just arrived BUT my breasts are hard as rock and can’t seam to get them to soften! I tried hot towels and pumping and baby breastfeeding! But they are still hard and it’s so difficult to lay down or raise my arms !! Any advise or first hard tricks with this!! HELP!

UPDATE- Thank you mamas for the help, it got better today although the night was very long!! I keep massaging with hot towels and while baby feeding... she is so sleepy still and doesn’t eat all a lot, so I have to help with pumping!! I hope it would get better from now on! Thank you all!!
