Ovulation

okay people, will you please help me out here, I have mild pcos, I got put on a medicine that helps you ovulate, I have been ovulating right since the first time I took the medicine, that was almost a year ago! Nothing, I mean nothing is helping us get pregnant.... we have tried so many different things n I don't know what to do anymore. someone please give me info, that might help us :( and everytime, someone has an issue with us this is what they bring up, no matter if they have some of the same issue :( anyone got info for me? please?
