NuvaRing bleeding

So if I bleed after taking my ring out for the 10 days, that’s like my period correct? I missed my normal period when I first put the ring in. I’ve taken a pregnancy test the day I started spotting (a day before I was scheduled to take my ring out) I’m just confused

Edit: I’ve been informed it’s 7 instead of 10 days 😅
