Fluffy nappy looking hair
Ladies my mom hates her hair it's fluffy and nappy looking even if she brushes it. I gave her this to see if it helps but nope still fluffy and frizzy. What can I use to make her hair not fluffy and nappy looking? It kinda looks like this obviously not that long or fluffy.
