Home pregnancy test issues???

6 days late, 4 days ago had some spotting and then nothing since which is super unusual for me, I've never had that happen before. I'm nauseous, dizzy, sore nipples, etc. I have taken FRER tests and the Walmart 88 cent tests and nothing. I haven't been stressed and no other changes that make sense why I'm so late. Anyone have negative tests at home but still pregnant? Thinking about going to the doctor for a blood test but my doc can be so rude, I don't even think she'd give me a blood test until I had a positive home test.
