Is it worth $100 for a 20 minute 4D ultrasound at 33 weeks?

Just did mine at 34 weeks and it was awesome! We paid $160 but we got 8 pictures, a dvd, and a stuffed animal with his heart beat recorded in it!!! Plus we got to see him for almost 30 minutes!!!! VERY worth it!!!

I believe there isn’t much to see after 20 weeks since babies are much bigger. It’s harder for ultrasound techs to get a picture.

I voted no cuz we only spent $40 to find out the gender at 13 weeks and got a cd with all the pics as well as 2 ultrasound pics

I’m 33wks 2days and paid $80 for a 4D ultrasound today . In all honesty , it was a waste . I’m 5’3 with a short torso and even with baby measuring about a week and a half smaller , she was cramped in there . We barely got any shots of her face and the ones we did get were partial , this I wasn’t surprised about because she hides her face every ultrasound we’ve had so far (just this one and the anatomy scan) so we’ve never seen her face . I knew there was a chance she wouldn’t cooperate and I really only went because I so desperately wanted to see if she had turned head down from being transverse for the past 10 weeks and thank God she did . If you don’t care about potentially wasting $100 go for it , otherwise you can do with out it .

we paid $160 for ours (Canada) and was worth every dollar!
we did it at 17 weeks to find out gender early but it was actually the most amazing thing to watch her move around and get some pictures!
definitely recommend

Mine was $90, but was during a sale. It came with a CD of all the pics, and DVD of the session, several printed pictures, 
a large heartbeat animal and a bag of samples like diapers and wipes.
