Yep. Mine was bad with my first and now it's worse with my second.
I swear by bellefit.

I noticed mine around 30 weeks. I'm 39 now. I went to a physical therapist to get some excercises so as to not make it worse. i was measuring 2.5 of separation I think per the doc. I bought a binder for after delivery. I'm hoping my abs will go back naturally after and I don't have to continue PT. I will go back after I deliver for a revaluation.

This is my third pregnancy and it looked like that with all three of them when I go to sit up. Other side was pretty round. Is it consistently like that?
