round ligament pain remedies?

I'm 6weeks 1 day and I am experiencing significant but intermittent round ligament pain. I don't do pain killers unless I'm incredibly sore but I need some suggestions to help, this is my first pregnancy to get past the five week mark and I'm sore.

Unfortunately it doesn’t get much better. The best you can do is make sure you’re hydrated, don’t my sudden movements (such as standing up quickly after sitting for awhile), and making sure you do some light stretches throughout the day. Good luck!

I agree with above! Stretch and drink lots of water. If this isn’t your first pregnancy, you’ll feel it more. It’s been my experience. This is my 3rd and I already feel it. Try to stay limber!
