First pregnancy panic!

Hey! I’m 32 and this is my first pregnancy. I’m excited but so scared!!! I’ve had intermittent light cramps around where I think the embryo has implanted. Today when I went to pee I noticed a small (half pinky finger nail size) dark red fleshy blood clot. Not other bleeding or discharge just the small clot. I have phoned midwife and have appointment tomorrow afternoon. I know some bleeding is normal but I still have panic! I’ve had no morning sickness just really sore boobs! My partner is being really supportive and I’m tucked up in bed resting and he’s waiting on me hand and foot!
