I have it, I don’t have PCOS but I do have an insulin resistance.. the best doctors have been able to tell me is just to try harder and lose weight.. I’d really like them to talk to my personal trainer about how they are convinced I’m not working out enough 🙄

mine looks exactly like this except my AN is from being overweight. i don’t have PCOS or Diabetes but ours looks similar.
