Doctor going out of town...

Hello Glow Friends!

I’m scheduled a C-section on the 30th (for reasons I cannot deliver naturally over 6lbs and this is my second child)

This will be 2 days before my due date. Earlier in my pregnancy my doctor said he was scheduling me 2 weeks before my due date. At my last appointment I find out he will be out of town the week before my due date, which is August 2nd! I’m a little irritated for having to wait. Mainly because he does not want me to go into labor. I am 37 weeks and I feel like it could be any day now. I honestly wish I could call and beg for him to deliver my girl before he leaves. I really don’t want to go into labor while he’s out of town! What’s a girl to do but wait it out...right ?
