UTI vent

I am losing my god damn mind. I'm currently coming down with my 7th UTI in 9 months. I've been struggling with chronic UTIs for 8+ years and have been worked up by 2 urologists and all they can tell me is that i'm doing everyrhing right and there's nothing they can do. When I get into these cyclic infections the only thing that makes it stop is low dose antibiotics for 6 months. I've done 3 rounds of them since I started having issues and after they finish I usually go 6 months to a year without an infection before it starts over. Unfortunately i'm allergic to macrobid and my infections are now resistant to keflex due to me taking it for almost a year before and during my whole last pregnancy. I'm trying to get pregnant and the remaining 2 antibiotics are not pregnancy safe. I'm seeing an infectious disease dr tomorrow but none of my drs think there is anything else i can do. I'm taking supplements like crazy, drink nothing but water and 1-2 unsweetened teas per day, eat next to no sugar or crappy carbs/processed food, I just don't know what else to do. I'm only 31 but my urologist has already had the hard talk about complications and even death from antibiotic resistant infections. I'm so damn frustrated!! I just want to scream!
