I had a miscarriage on 22nd May & since then I haven't had a period. I had spotting brown / pink for 5 days last week & now today I got a positive ovulation test ! I'm so shocked as this is only the 2nd time I have ovulated myself, I have been taking agnus castus so should I stop that now ?

Also I haven't BD in a few weeks as I was so scared of miscarrying again but I'm ready now to try again, will this affect my partners sperm or me concieving ?
