How much longer ?

Went to the doctors today and they said I’m 70% effaced and 1 1/2 cm dilated . My baby pretty big too at 7 lbs . How long do you guys think I’ll have left ? Been having cramping / contractions on and off for about a week and head has completely dropped

could be days could be weeks. all that really means nothing and 7 pounds is not big at all if your almost due

I was 3cm and 80% effaced for three weeks with an "almost 10lb baby". 
He was born a day before he was due at 8lbs 5oz.
At this stage in pregnancy those ultrasounds can be off up to 2lbs in either direction.
Dilation doesn't mean anything until you're in active labor unfortunately.
