Definitely the 3rd trimester. It’s literally like taking everything from the 1st trimester, combining it together and quadrupling the pain, nausea, fatigue and everything. 😴

4th trimester  (first 3 months after baby is born) lol

I only experienced 2 weeks of the third trimester so for me it was the first (when I was sick).

For me personally, first was the worst. I was nauseous often. I had to sit down to shower because I’d get dizzy. I vomited almost every time I took a shower, in the shower. I’m a teacher and it was hard dealing with the nausea in school. I actually threw up in the hallway. Not a good time at all :(
Now, not saying third trimester is a walk in the park. I am larger and have more aches. But conditions are different and I’m off from work for  the summer so it’s less stress and easier on my body because of that... if i were pregnant at a different time of the year my answer could possibly change.

Third tri for me. I have SPD plus swollen kidneys so as my daughter and I get bigger the more pain I’m in. 😩
