Standing ovation for moms! I donโ€™t know how you do it! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

.

My husband and I got married last October. We planned to start ttc this September! We were even more excited when my sister had a baby 3 months ago! We would have kids close to the same age!

She asked us to babysit her daughter Monday-Friday from 8am to noon just for this week while she volunteers at a church camp.

Itโ€™s Tuesday and my husband and I have decided to push back ttc for at least a year! Haha

I have to find humour in the situation because it is kind of funny... I am 28 and my husband is 32. We both wanted kids, and knew they were hard work... but holy shit!!

4 hours a day and we were counting down the minutes till my sister came back!

Iโ€™m sure itโ€™s different when it is your own baby and not someone elseโ€™s baby.

But we both came to the realization that we are just not ready yet to be parents.

We absolutely will still have a baby! Maybe in a year or two when weโ€™re ready to give up our quiet, calm life for the chaos of a family of 3!

I have to give all of you moms a huge round of applause!! You are all the real MVPโ€™s and I donโ€™t know how you do it! I respect the hell out of moms! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

I think that everyone who has baby fever or is planning on getting pregnant should be made to babysit a teething 3 month old for a week! If you can survive without taking a nap or crying, you are aloud to have a baby of your own! ๐Ÿ˜‚
