Alright I know this is so stupid of me but someone tried to crack my back without letting me know. Like wrapping your arms around someone from behind and lifting them up. I haven’t announced yet so they didn’t know. I’m worried I hurt my baby. I’m 6weeks 3days. I’m like a stress ball. I had them put me down immediately so my back never actually cracked. I’m just worried. No cramping or bleeding. Anyone else have to experience this.
