Where did this back pain come from
I’m 8w4d and just the other day, the left side of my back is killing me. It’s not terrible, but it almost feels like a pinched nerve. I can’t lay on that side, I have to lay on my right side with the left up. It’s hard for me to really sit upright on the couch even 😭 it’s not crampy-like pain, if that makes sense. It’s like I pulled something. So hard to explain.
Tell me I’m not alone & it’s normal. I overthink too much 🤦🏼♀️
